2024-2025 Tryout Requirements
- ALL athletes will be required to have a FINALFORMS account operating at 100% which includes an up to date physical dated on or after April 15th, 2024. Please see below for FINALFORMS Letter and Parent/Player Instructions.
- If your student already has an active FINALFORMS account, the account is good until July 1, 2024. After that date, a new physical must be uploaded that is dated on or after April 15, 2024, and all forms must be updated.
